Questions
The things people ask before they say yes.
What happens, what it costs you to find out, what we will not promise, and what you keep if you leave. The questions owners actually asked, answered straight.
Before anything is built
How did you get my information? Where did you get my photos?
From your Google Business Profile, which is public. The reviews, the photos, the hours and the services on your site are the ones you already published. Nothing was bought and nothing came from a list.
What do I actually have to do?
Answer four questions, then look at what comes back. There is no form to fill, no content to write and no login to create. If you never reply again after step one, nothing happens.
How long does this take?
The build is same-week, usually same-day. Putting it on your own domain takes as long as your domain provider takes to point it, which is normally under an hour.
Just send me some information.
This page is it. If you would rather see the thing than read about it, reply to the text and there will be a site with your name on it to look at.
Paying
So do I pay before or after I see it?
After. The site is built first and you look at it before any card is entered. That order is not a favour — it is the only way you can judge the thing you are buying.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month and you cancel by telling us. There is nothing to sign and no term to serve out.
What if it is not for me?
Tell us within thirty days of paying and you get the money back in full. Not a credit, not a partial.
If I cancel, do I keep the site?
The domain is yours and stays yours — it was always in your name. The site itself is hosted by us, so it comes down when you stop. We will not hold your domain hostage to keep you.
You already have something
I already have a website.
Then the question is whether it earns the money it costs you. Open it on your phone, time how long it takes to load, and see how many taps it takes to call you. If it holds up, keep it — we will say so.
My nephew builds websites.
He may do a better job than we would. What he probably will not do is keep it updated every month once he gets busy. That is the difference you are choosing between, not the first version.
I tried a marketing company before.
Most of them sell you a retainer against a promise about traffic. We are not selling traffic. You see a finished site before you pay, which is the part the previous one could not do.
What we will not tell you
Can you get me to the top of Google?
No, and anyone who says yes is guessing. Ranking depends on your competition, your reviews and your area, none of which we control. What we control is that the site is fast, correct and easy to call from.
Can you guarantee I will get more calls?
No. Nobody can promise you a number of calls and mean it. We can say the phone number works, the site loads on a phone and the address is yours — and you can check all three yourself.
I do not miss calls. I always answer.
Then the busiest part of the offer is not for you, and the site still is. We would rather sell you the half you need than the half you do not.
The practical bits
Does my phone number change?
No. Your number stays your number, on your carrier, in your pocket.
I do not want a robot texting my customers.
Then it does not. The site on its own sends nothing to anyone. The answering and follow-up parts are separate and optional, and they stay off unless you turn them on.
I need to talk to my wife. I need to talk to my partner.
Send them the link. It is a real page they can open without us on the phone, which is a much better way to have that conversation than repeating a pitch second-hand.
Still a question that is not here?
Reply to the text you got. A real person reads it.
