Stripe
Every card payment goes straight to Stripe. We never see your card number, we never store it, and it never touches our servers. Stripe is the same processor behind most of the online checkouts you have already used this year.
You can see every charge, and cancel, from your own receipt emails.
Phone and text
Twilio
The number that answers, forwards and texts is a real carrier number on Twilio, not an app-only line. That is why a text from it arrives as a normal text and a call to it rings a normal phone.
Your existing number keeps ringing. Nothing is ported without you asking for it.
Reviews and photos
Google Business Profile
Your site is built from your own profile: your reviews, your photos, your services, your hours. Not stock copy about a generic plumber. When a customer leaves a review, it lands on your profile, not on ours.
The profile is yours and always was. We read it, we do not take it over.
The address
Your domain registrar
The domain is registered in your business name. If you already own one, we point it at the site and leave the registration exactly where it is.
You own it. If you leave, it leaves with you, pointed wherever you say.
The question underneath all of it
What you are really asking is whether you can get out. You can. It is month to month and paid up front, so cancelling is a thing you do rather than a thing you negotiate. The domain is registered to you, the phone number you already had never changed hands, and the reviews were on your Google profile the whole time.
