What it is
A website for your business on a domain that belongs to you, hosted and looked after, with your real Google reviews and your real photos on it. Not a page inside somebody else's directory, and not a template with your logo dropped into the corner.
It is also the only thing here you can see before any money changes hands. We build it first, send you the link, and you open it on your phone like a customer would. If you do not like it, you have spent the time it took to look.
The problem it solves
Most contractor websites are a brochure. Five stock photos, a paragraph about quality workmanship since 1998, and a contact form. It was built once, by somebody who is no longer answering, and it has not been touched since.
The person landing on it is not browsing. They have water coming through a ceiling, or a unit that stopped in July, and they are deciding in about fifteen seconds whether to call you or go back to the map. A brochure does not survive fifteen seconds. It has to say what you do, where you do it, that other people have used you, and how to reach you, without the visitor having to look for any of it.
How it works in practice
Your Google Business Profile already holds most of what a site needs: the name, the services, the area, the hours, the photos, the reviews. That is where the build starts, so the content is yours from the first draft instead of being invented and then corrected.
Colours, layout and structure are picked per business, so two plumbers in the same state do not end up with the same page in different paint. When something needs changing after it is live, you say so and it changes. There is no page builder to learn and no ticket to file.

If you would rather use your own photos than the stock ones, send them. If you do not have any, the stock set is chosen per business so it does not turn up on somebody else nearby.
